Sigh, well acen is over and as usual I regret it's end. I usually go through this every year, but I think I'm dealing better with con withdrawl because I'm going to Anime North in a week or so here, so yay! then I have JFAX about I think 3 or 4 weeks after that even so I think I will be ok. Still does not mean I like being back at work again. *sigh* not fun...but I'm not burried under deadlines any more so I think as long as I keep on top of stuff I should be ok now. I no longer dread going to work in the mornings and stuff so maybe it won't be so bad any more as long as I can keep from getting behind again. Still, I do want to get out of here, been at macomb for about 5 yeas now I think and it's time I moved on soon I hope. Anyway, if any of you guys hear of jobs doing illustration related work please let me know.

Well...here we go again. *sigh* I'm just bitching cause I need to bitch. I really need a new job here...and by new job I mean doing illustration stuff...*sigh* I'm tired of working at this college like I have for almost 5 years now. It's getting old...time to move on here. Problem is I can't cause I'm stuck and can't really move forward at the moment which is totally frustrating. Something has to give, and soon. I need to move on with my live, dinky little macomb has grown too small for me. I need to move into the bigger world, get my true career off the ground. For crying out loud...I many have a "good job" as some of my friends seem to thing and it may be true but they don't know what it's like to deal with constant deadlines and stupid unions and all that. Like...ughhhhhh!!! Enough already! I want to draw not sit in front of a computer putting together newsletters! EEEEEEKKKKKKK!!!!!Ok....I've bitched enough for now...*sigh*

Pretty much just stuff going on today, stuck at work again which sucks really bad but I need money. *sigh* I wish our stupid world did not run entirely on the money but unfortunatly it seems that is how it was founded from the start so not much I can do there. I'm just tired of having to work so much for so little and not even really in my field, kind of more like half in my field. *sigh* I want a illusration job, not one as a graphic artist at the friggen local college doing signs, newsletters and what not for the college...not fun. I want to darw, should be doing so at this point, as a career. I'm just tired of the same old thing, year after year and such. My life needs to change, and soon. It's become too repedative and stagnant...again. Things need to change for the better here and fast. Well that's my "I'm tired of life sucking" rant for today I guess...I'm tired, down in the dumps and generaly fed up with this so I'm going to get back to work like I should be and like just try and get on with my day.

Hmm...why does it seem when I write in this thing I usually have something to complain about? Meh...oh well. Today's complaint is just kinda a gripe. Ughh...to put it shortly. Graphics job=OK but is not what I want to do and I know it is better than a lot of other jobs out there but...I still should be friggen drawing stuff for a living alreay. there are artists out there in the industry right now doing just that who don't have half of the skill or knowledge I worked so hard to aquire. why am I not doing drawing for a living yet? *sigh* things better get better in the new year.

Well today I must say is a much better day for this kitty. I decided to order torcher devices...ahem...I mean leg stretcher thingiy online to help in a personal pursuit to work on my pliability in my martial arts. Goal eventualy being to kick so high my foot slaps my forehead. (Actually I'm almost there, just need a little aid to help hold my leg up in a standing stretch since my mate was not able to do so for very long, or very well. I think we just couldn't figure a good way for him to do it is all.) I'm not kidding either, this is the goal in basic wu shu. *giggles* so much for karate...chines martial arts rule. No offence to karate people out there, just saying if you actually look at it's history karate did at several times and in several styles have influence from chinese arts, but what was learned was the basic to mid level skills at best from what I've come across and they becamse so stiff that it's not even recognizable as kung fu to me now. Wu shu just fits me better personally, and is from what I've observed, far more difficult to learn. I took karate for several years to, so I do have experiance in it. Wu shu just offers so much more variety and literally hundreds of forms, empty hand, weapon, 2 or even 3 or 4 man forms both armed and unarmed. It's just a lot of fun and a lot more challenging. hehe mew

Hmm, well I have had a reasonably decent weekend, save for a few glitches but over all it wasn't too bad. Still, I do have an interesting tidbit of info for anywone readint this...about 2 or 3 months back I had placed an order, with a friend of mine, for a tail to be custome made from the guy at this website...tailsmith.com. Well, me and my friend are still waiting for our tails, which supposedly were mailed from LA over a week ago and have not yet arrived...after recievein many excuses as to why our tails had not been done yet, including that the dye was not working out properly to make the fur the right color. Needless to say...the tails are still not here, even after agreeing to modifications to the original intent of blue tails, a cat one and a wolf one. I asked about it to day, after being patient for a long time and this was the response I got...

YAY! In about 34 hours from now I will be off to LA for a week. So I'll unfortunately be away from a computer most of that time. Still, it's a vacation after all...I just wish I was going with one of my friends instead of my aunt. *sighs* I swear one of these years I'm taking a vacation where it's just me and my friends and no one else. No parents or family for either of us. IE ACEN next year. YAY! I can't wait and am already planning my ninja costume from Naruto...idk who I'm going to be yet but I have a bit to decide. I also need to figure out how to make the vest thingy. But that will be in the future. For now it's off to LA and some hot guy hunting. *giggle* I got's to find me a cutie to maybe hang out with for the week. Hehe...maybe I'll meet someone that's like visiting the convention thingy my aunt is going to that I can hang out with. I hope he's cute.

Another boring day

Well, not much to say today really. It's slow and the productiveness level is as usual at a minimum. Which does in fact drive me crazy...I need to do stuff but at least I can draw for now and I'm doing the skating thing on Sunday night with Pat and Brian so that will be nice.

Also my figure class, which I started last night, went reasonably well. I will hopefully gain some semblance of actual skill after this one last semester at macomb here and be able to work in my field asap. I think I'll bug the peoples in my department at macomb to point me in the way of job openings for a photoshop/illustrator/drawing type person. Incidentally if any or you guys knows anyone looking for a person to do said tasks it would be nice if you could of sort of point me in that direction. ^_^

Ohter than that not much is happening at the moment and I'm gonna go paint and make a mess. yay.

Well today things are actually rather dull for once, which is in my case a nice thing as nothing is terribly wrong today and I think I'm finally getting back to normal after the whole relationship fiasco. Gods I hope I don't have to go through that again, though I know for a fact I'll probably go through several boyfriends in the future as is the nature of the thing and the breakups will hurt. Still, the fact I can talk about it and not get upset or even feel any twinge seems like a good sign.

This morning and all last night I have been drawing horses, which i think will score me multiple pony points with pat. =^-^= YAY! I finally started to tackle the animal drawing issues I've had and am pleasantly surprised to find that it will most likely take only a few months total for me to integrate the basic concepts I need and become relatively skilled and animals. Also I am actually somewhat satisfied with my figure drawing skills and the way that is going and the fact that I start a life drawing class tomorrow night is a plus. And the gods forbid but I'm actually going to use charcoal of all things because I want to.

Well the parents are gone most of today and tomorrow so it will be just me and my sister in the house. This could be good or bad...idk which yet. Still we will see. Anyway it will be nice to not have my mom around to bug me about stuff like..."when are you going to get another job?" and "what are you going to do with your life?" crap. *sighs* It get's annoying, especially since I KNOW that I've grown up quite a bit in the past few months and she just doesn't see it. Mostly because I don't let her and I really don't think she could handle the full reality of it. And it's more than likely wise to keep her in the dark concerning certain issues, her and my father both.

All in all things are actually getting back to normal, I'm drawing again, like I was before like every day. I'm going to be learning to paint again come Fall term with my favorite instructor and mentor Matt Busch. Also I'll be doing figure drawing up the wazoos so that will be fun. And this Sunday if all goes well it looks like Pat and Brian and me is going to go ice skating...i haven't done that in years and it's going to be a blast. And it 10 days I'm off to LA with my aunt...it will be fun but also suck cause I'll be on my own and be sight seeing but w/o my friends there. Boo. Maybe I can hook up with someone at the meeting...or maybe find a cute guy to hang out with while I'm there...that would be a double plus. ^-^ w00t yay for hotties!

YAY! Well I'm in a much better mood today. The cat in me wants to like bounce around and play and pounce. But I'm stuck at work so I cant exactly do that right now. Oh well. I went out last night with my friends and it was fun and I played the DDR and nearly like croaked. Considering it's been 3 weeks and like I should not have gone and played hard mode the way I did right off the bat with like a X's 2 speed mod. oops...oh well. I'm a little better today. Other than that things are as usual. I'm happy cause I get to start another figure class on thursday and then go ice skating this weekend I hope...either with my pals or not, but I am going. hopefully with them. YAY. I haven't like ice skated in like forever. So it will be fun to do that again...and I am confident I can still perform all of my jumps.

Finally, I got back to this.

Lot's happening lately, most of which sucks. Oh well, that's life I suppose. I'll live through it, one way or another but this year really bites. And there are...8 month's left. I just want this all over and done with so I can move on. About the only good thing is ACEN will be here in 29 days now and I only have one more animation that I have to make for class. Then I'm done with school for a while, it's starting to drive me insane. I'll have to work full time, but at least I won't have class to worry about.

Sometimes I just wish this was all and done with, and I could move on to wherever I'm destined next after this lifetime...I hope it's better than this @*$# world. I can't take much more of this carp or I'll just explode. Why did I even come here? What a waste...

Well, as you can tell all is not well, though most of the time I don't really show it to my friends. It's just buried but sometimes it surfaces and I just feel like ending everything. It dosen't last long though and I go back to a semi normal mode...I'll never be normal again I think. This realy sucks, but oh well...I can't just end it much as I would like. I have some important things to do here first, then maybe when they are done I'll leave. But not yet, I have to hold on.

Very few people are keeping me here right now, only a select few friends are keeping me rooted, and one in particular whom I can't leave just yet, cause he can't follow where I would go and there's still some things I have to make sure happen first. Then maybe I can go and move on. Not until then though.

I really hate life sometimes...
